How You Make a Talk-Deck


Step One: Sign up for your free Talk-Deck account

There are four different Talk-Deck account types: FREE, Starter, Presenter, and Keynoter.  One is sure to meet your needs.  For your first 30 days, no matter what account type you sign up for, you get to try out the full capabilities of our top-level Keynoter account.  At the end of your 30 days, decide for yourself which account is right for you. When you sign up, be sure to download the free Talk-Deck PowerPoint Add-in which will automatically synchronize your slides and video when you make a presentation.

Step Two: Record your presentation

Record a video of your presenter making a presentation accompanied by a speaker support slide deck playing from a laptop computer with the PowerPoint Add-in installed.


Step Three: Edit and Upload Your Presentation

Do some basic editing of your video to cut out any extra footage at the beginning or end of your video, then upload your video, slides, and slide list synchronization track to talk-deck.com. If your video, slides, and slide list have been properly prepared there will be very little to do other than input your presentation description, check for and correct any errors or changes in your Talk-Deck Preview, and then post your Talk-Deck to your user page.

Step Four: Share your New Talk- Deck with the World

There are many different ways to share your Talk-Deck.
